
Dalia Black
FOUNDER & CEO
Prior to founding Weave Impact, Dalia gained over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector, including as Vice President of Delek Group, a major Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TA25) company.
Dalia began her career as a strategy consultant with Accenture and managed investments at Viola Credit, Israel’s largest venture lending fund. Dalia is passionate about putting her business skills to work as a tool to promote positive social change in Israel through creative models such as blended finance and impact investing.
Dalia is an active member of various industry committees and the Founder & Chair of Meshutaf Tel Aviv, the first Jewish pluralist school in Tel Aviv.


Gabrielle Charnas

Gabrielle’s background is in the social sector having worked in community building, fundraising and grant management.
She comes to Weave Impact after helping to build the social impact investment program of a large British charity. An expert in social real estate models globally and passionate about replicating these models in Israel, she brings a unique perspective to the field. After years of working in the non-profit sector, Gaby truly believes in impact investment as the most innovative tool in ensuring sustainable support for those who need it the most.

Ruth Moatti
INVESTMENT ANALYST
Ruth brings a decade of experience across impact-focused investing, philanthropy, and venture support, with a strong commitment to advancing social and environmental outcomes in Israel. She holds a Master's degree from the London School of Economics, where she specialised in environmental regulation and public policy.
Ruth's legal training and her work in the Corporate and Securities Department at Herzog law firm provided her with solid transactional expertise and a deep understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks. She later served as a lead researcher for Sir Ronald Cohen, contributing to global research on impact measurement and innovative financing models.

Oran Gazit

Oran Gazit is an experienced leader in social program development, combining expertise in social work and business administration to drive large-scale initiatives across the nonprofit and tech-training sectors.
She founded the Business Development Unit at the Sharon Sexual Assault Crisis Centre, headed the entrepreneurship and innovation field at Rothschild Partnerships, and managed training programs integration underrepresented populations into the hi-tech industry. Oran is committed to driving social change through strategic program development, innovation, and inclusive workforce opportunities.

Gila Halleli Weiss
Gila is a US and Israeli certified accountant with over 20 years of hands-on experience in accountancy and corporate finance. Gila has over 10 years experience in public accountancy (KPMG and EY) and 12 years as the Finance Director/CFO of Israeli startups and their international subsidiaries including mySupermarket and fresh.fund.
