Dalia Black is the founder and CEO of Weave Impact, a boutique advisory firm helping high-net-worth families, foundations and Jewish federations design and execute impact investment portfolios in Israel.
Dalia brings over 20 years of financial services experience to the impact space. She previously served as Vice President at Delek Group (TA-25), managed investments at Viola Credit, Israel's largest venture leading fund, and began her career as a strategy consultant at Accenture. She is passionate about applying business discipline to drive positive social change in Israel through creative models such as blended finance and impact investing.
Dalia serves on the board of the Israeli Forum for Impact Economy, the Investment Committee of NAHAL: Israel Social Real Estate, and is Co-Founder of the ReHome Housing Finance Fund for victims of October 7th.

Gabrielle Charnas is an experienced social impact professional with a strong background in community building, fundraising, and grant management. She has worked extensively across the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, developing and supporting initiatives that drive sustainable, long-term impact.
Prior to joining Weave Impact, Gabrielle played a key role in building the social impact investment program of a leading British charity, where she contributed to the design and implementation of innovative funding models. She has developed particular expertise in social real estate models globally and is deeply committed to adapting and scaling these approaches within the Israeli context.
Gabrielle brings a strategic and systems-level perspective to her work, shaped by years of hands-on experience across the social sector. She is a strong advocate for impact investment as a transformative tool for creating resilient, sustainable support structures and underserved communities.

Oran Gazit

Oran Gazit is an experienced leader in social program development, combining expertise in social work and business administration to drive large-scale initiatives across the nonprofit and tech-training sectors.
She founded the Business Development Unit at the Sharon Sexual Assault Crisis Centre, headed the entrepreneurship and innovation field at Rothschild Partnerships, and managed training programs integration underrepresented populations into the hi-tech industry. Oran is committed to driving social change through strategic program development, innovation, and inclusive workforce opportunities.

Gila is a US and Israeli certified accountant with over 20 years of hands-on experience in accountancy and corporate finance. Gila has over 10 years experience in public accountancy (KPMG and EY) and 12 years as the Finance Director/CFO of Israeli startups and their international subsidiaries including mySupermarket and fresh.fund.
